Delivery Time and Tracking
We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly and make it our priority to get your orders to you as soon as possible, all orders are shipped and are estimated to be delivered within 6 to 8 business days, we track every shipment to ensure it reaches its destination on time and work with reliable partners to ensure timely delivery. During festive and harsh weather conditions, delivery timelines may vary and delays are to be expected due to high volume of orders and deliveries made, we request our valued customers to be patient during such instances as orders may take longer than usual to arrive at your location.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email on your order details and will also be notified subsequently during its shipping process along with the tracking number. Please check your junk/spam folders in your mail box in case you do not get any confirmations.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, refunded or edited after 24hrs, as each design is made to order for the customers requirements.
